(ASI) is known worldwide for its acrylic and glass fabrication for zoo, aquarium, and nature center exhibits — trusted by SeaWorld, Disney, and more than 100 zoos, aquariums, and theme parks. At the Indian Springs Metropark Environmental Discovery Center, part of the Huron-Clinton Metroparks system in White Lake, MI, ASI.
The result is the Discovery Center’s “underwater pond dome” — an acrylic tunnel that leads visitors below the surface of the center’s naturally managed pond, putting them at eye level with the pond floor to watch native Michigan fish like bluegill and largemouth bass in an undisturbed, natural setting.
As with every ASI project, the goal was a seamless, crystal-clear viewing experience built to last — the same standard the company brings to its work with SeaWorld, Disney, and over 100 zoos and aquariums worldwide.
