American Sealants Inc. provides Landry’s Development with ongoing maintenance & repair for the aquarium at Kemah Boardwalk, including leak detection and repair, concrete crack injection, silicone repair, and interior polishing through an annual maintenance program.

The centerpiece of the exhibit is a 38,000-gallon dining tank — the largest feature at the Aquarium Restaurant — alongside a Tower Tank, a J Tank, and a Sea Critter Touch Tank stocked with sea stars, urchins, and hermit crabs. A dedicated Stingray Reef exhibit lets guests interact with cownose rays, southern stingrays, and giant shovelnose guitarfish. Altogether, more than 100 fish species live across exhibits on two levels of the restaurant.

Keeping a 38,000-gallon dining tank crystal clear while a working restaurant operates around it takes more than a one-time fix — it’s a standing commitment.

This is one of four Landry’s properties where ASI provides ongoing service, alongside Downtown Aquarium Houston, Chart House Las Vegas, and the 200,000-gallon shark tank at Golden Nugget Las Vegas.
